An excellent hotel to overnight before early morning flight from Roma Ciampino. Offerered superb value for money. Need a car ( or use the shuttle for airport. Not a Rome City hotel - which is what we wanted but future guests need to know that
-
Very close to the airport with a bus-shuttle for the guests. Hotel personnel was friendly enough in the day. Not particularly if you arrive in the night.
There was no luggage trolley to go to another building, different from the main one. 4 stars hotel should have at least one.

Good room, good shower, clean, supberb breakfast, close to airport but watch out for the minimum taxi fare of 30 euros for travelling from airport. Checkout bus travel instead.
30 euro, taxi fare for travel from aitport.

Nothing stood out that I can respond to that made this hotel any better than others I have stayed at during travel.
The staff were quite rude at times both at the front desk and in the resturant.
-
The room was very clearn.
Restraurant staff was terrible. He always forgot what I have ordered.
-
good value for money and very good services.
-
We used this hotel as an overnight stop having flown into Ciampino before setting off for Tuscany. It was more than adequate and extremely good value.
-
Free wifi internet access - incredible rate between price & quality - free airport shuttle
-
The reception desk staff were very helpfull - excellent. But see below. No other space for complaints on this form
The porter was very surly and showed that anthing we wanted was just too much trouble. We had trouble with the locking and security system which seemed to be an electronic fault. He sorted it, but made us feel that it was out fault - which it was not!
-
Close to airport. Free Wi/Fi with good connection
There was no such address in any of our 2 GPS, so to find hotel in dark is difficult, we passed the street and happily noticed the hotel sign. By coming to breakfast there was nothing to eat, all plates were empty. Staff are helpless if more people come together for breakfast. Coffee we got in about 10 minutes, in a half of hour there appeared some food. If it all was there in time, it might even be called a good breakfast.

Great value hotel, booked primarily for it's proximity to Ciampino Airport. It's a direct 5k easy drive to/from the Airport, the reason we stayed here was we'd an early flight departing the following morning. The room was fine, clean as was the bathroom. Nice touch was the balcony, very pleasant to sit out on either during the day or late at night with a few drinks.
A few minor issues: 1: the bed-head lights, couldn't turn them off so had to pull the pin-card before retiring...may or may not have effected the air-conditioning. 2: no instructions found on how to reset the safe. Tried a few variations, twice set off the safe alarm... 3: breakfast was fine, however most cereal bowls were chipped, not what one would expect in a 4* hotel !

Proximity to the airport was the reason why I choose the hotel. The price was also important as we were on a budget. The room had most modern cons although no air con. A shuttle bus was provided which helped with our budget as well. The drive to the airport only took 10 minutes.
I found it strange to be housed in a building which was separate from the main facilities - such as reception, restaurant and fitness suite. It would have been good to have this explained to us. Were we placed in the 3 star accommodation which was separate from the rest of the hotel? If we were still in 4 star accomodation then I find this unsuitable. It was difficult to get to and from the hotel via city centre Rome. The website should have more detailed information as to how to get to and from the hotel via public transport.
